Inexpensive set, certainly not the same level of professional sports equipment but helpful for individual training at home. 3 balls with stretchy cording attached are included. Our tennis enthusiast prefers practicing with a partner compared to the trainer, which is understandable. RECOMMEND

This works well. It comes with several balls with the strings attached already. You just add weight to the base by filling it with water or sand and it will stay in place for you to practice your swing.
